Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all traffic sent through ProxyTower proxy endpoints and all use of ProxyTower accounts. It is part of the Terms of Service. Violating it is grounds for immediate suspension or termination without refund.
You may not use the Service to
- Engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law, including the laws that apply to you and to the destination of your traffic.
- Access, probe, or attack systems without authorization — including credential stuffing, brute-forcing, vulnerability exploitation, and denial-of-service of any kind.
- Commit fraud, including payment fraud, identity fraud, account takeover, affiliate or advertising fraud, or the purchase of goods with stolen payment instruments.
- Access, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material. Zero tolerance: immediate termination and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, operate phishing campaigns, or distribute malware, botnet, or command-and-control traffic.
- Harass, stalk, threaten, or doxx any person.
- Resell or share access to the Service except through features we provide for that purpose.
- Interfere with the Service itself — including probing our infrastructure, circumventing usage limits, or attempting to extract device or carrier credentials.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the traffic you send. Automated traffic, data collection, and account management have legitimate uses, and we do not inspect the content of your sessions — but you must ensure your own use complies with the laws that apply to you. If a downstream service identifies abuse originating from your endpoint and we receive a credible report, we will investigate using the operational metadata available to us.
Enforcement
- We may suspend an endpoint or account immediately while we investigate a credible abuse report.
- Confirmed violations result in termination without refund of any remaining plan time or balance, at our discretion.
- We respond to valid legal process and report unlawful activity to law enforcement where required by law.
